Returns of products by buyers and acceptance of returned products by sellers shall be within the seller and the buyer and this may be amended from time to time. 

Refunds in respect of returned products will be managed by the seller and may be amended from time to time. 

Sellers may offer refunds If

1. The item(s) shipped is discovered to be wrong at the point of delivery.

2. The item(s) shipped is discovered to be damaged at the point of delivery.

3. The item(s) shipped is discovered to be defective at the point of delivery.

4. The item is been returned within 24hours of delivery

However refunds can be in the form of another item, cash or transfer, depending on the negotiation between the buyer and the seller.

Changes to our returns page or refunds page shall be effective in respect of all purchases made from the date of publication of the change on our website.

Shipping

All orders are processed within 24hours of payment or order confirmation by the vendor/seller. the seller will notify you otherwise if the delivery timeline is not stated on the seller's store.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping rates and delivery time varies based on Sellers and Buyers location. Sellers will contact you to arrange delivery and currently the ....logistics company will be in charge of delivery. You also have the option to use your preferred logistics company for pick up.

The Seller will send you shipment confirmation via email or contact phone number.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Marketstro or Sellers on Marketstro.com will not be responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
