Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not need an account to place an order on Marketstro, however, you need to enter your name, phone number, email address and delivery address on checkout

How do I place an order?

Option 1
Order directly on the website by clicking the add to cart button

Choose color, size and quantity as applicable, enter contact and delivery information and checkout

Option 2
Click here to contact the seller. You’ll be connected to the seller on WhatsApp and you can pay and arrange delivery with the seller. Ensure that the vendor has the verification badge on the product display card before chatting with them.


How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order on our track your order page. On the page you'll be prompted to enter your order no and then be redirected to the logistics website.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Once an order is successful paid for, you can no longer cancel it on the website. However, you can chat with support or the seller to amend it.


Is buying online safe?

Yes, Buying on Marketstro is super save as you make payment via a secured payment gateway.

 Also you're able to easily return your item if it is found to be a wrong, damaged or defective item.

What payments method are accepted?

We accept debit/credit card and crypto payment online or you can make payment when the item gets delivered to you if the Seller has this option on their store.


Do you ship internationally?

Most Sellers on Marketstro ships outside of Nigeria. Information on International shipping can be found on the Individual Sellers webstore.

How long will it take to get my package?

All orders will be processed within 24 hours of successful payment.  

Delivery timeline varies base on the delivery method chosen on checkout. 

Sellers often ensures that buyers get their package within maximum of 3 working days.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

There 3 options you can choose from

DHL, ANDTRAC or you can arrange delivery with vendors



• For the Basic Subscription plan, there is a one-time only activation charge of #5000/$10.

• There is also a 3.5% (local sales) and 6% (international sales) fee per sale made.


• Submit your valid, government recognized identity document ( either NIN, Voters Card, Drivers License, or International Passport) and a selfie holding the identity document you have

• Submit social media business page(s) across platforms for authentication.
